By using the ZEIA website or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. These terms may change without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them before using the site or purchasing products.

ORDERING

  • All sales are final. Gifts or codes cannot be added after purchase.

  • Orders cannot be changed once payment is made.

  • No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

  • Orders placed during major sales may take up to 5 business days to dispatch. Allow for Australia Post delivery time on top of dispatch time.

  • Discounts cannot be combined or applied to past purchases.

SALE ITEMS All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All provided details are accurate.

  • Orders are for personal use only.

  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by ZEIA.

  • Prices and availability may change without notice.

  • Discount codes are not valid on sale items unless stated otherwise.

Placing an order is considered an offer to purchase. Your payment method will be charged once the order is confirmed. You certify that the payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

If a product is unavailable, we will contact you. We cannot amend orders after dispatch. To request changes before dispatch, contact shop@zeia.com.au. Fraudulent activity will be reported.

ZEIA may cancel your access or terminate orders if:

  • You breach these terms

  • You fail to provide requested information

  • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity

PRE-ORDERS

  • Estimated arrival is noted on the product page

  • Allow 3 business days for dispatch once in stock

  • Orders with pre-order items ship together

  • Standard refund and exchange policy applies

  • Pre-orders are not available for wholesale customers

ORDER ERRORS For errors or missing items, email shop@zeia.com.au. Return incorrect items for correction. ZEIA will reimburse return shipping for incorrect items. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping is at customer expense.

PRODUCT ACCURACY We aim for accuracy in all product listings but cannot guarantee exact color matches due to screen variations. We are not legally obligated to honor pricing errors.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Estimated delivery times may vary

  • International orders may incur customs charges

  • We dispatch orders within 24 hours when possible, but delays may occur during busy periods

  • Orders are sent via Australia Post. Check their website for delivery timeframes during high-volume periods

RETURNS

  • Returns accepted within 7 days in original condition and packaging

  • Frames must be in resealable condition

  • Store credit issued for approved returns

  • Returns outside the window or not in saleable condition will be returned at sender's expense

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale

PRIVACY By using the site or services, you consent to the use of your personal data for order processing and marketing. Data may be shared with service providers but not sold.

SOCIAL MEDIA Public posts using our tags may appear on our site and social channels. If your account is private, your posts will not be visible. ZEIA reserves the right to take action against defamatory or abusive content.

SECURITY Our website uses secure technology to protect your information. We do not store payment card details.

COMPETITIONS Competitions require email and/or phone entry. Winners are notified by email. Entries agree to receive marketing. Vouchers must be used in full and cannot be redeemed for cash.
