How long does shipping within Australia take to arrive?

Aust Post have their own delivery timeframes - please check their website for timeframes - standard shipping is usually 2-4 business days.

How Long Does An International Order Take To Arrive?

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping.

Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

Unfortunately we can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

What if I am not vibing my frames?

Don't worry we do easy returns.

ONLY ON FULL PRICED FRAMES.

Please email us shop@zeia.com.au to start the process, make sure it is within 7 days of receiving your order!

They must be unworn and in all the original packaging. Return postage is at the buyers expense, unless the item is deemed faulty. We will cover the postage.

Once we receive the frames back you will receive your credit note or exchange!

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We get your orders out so fast! Generally your order will be packed and shipped before you can write the email!

Unfortunately we cannot change or edit orders.

How Can I Track My frames?

Once your order is picked up you will get an email with your tracking number, you can stalk it the whole way to your hot little hands!

We are located on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

Best way to care for my frames?

We cant stress enough to look after your frames!

Keep them in a case when not on your face!

We know it looks cool but don't wear them on top of your head as it will stretch your frames / misshape them / stretch hinges.

Never place lens down! NO NO

Never leave on your car dash - the heat and sunlight will damage frames.

Use Zeia cleaning spray and cloth to clean!

What protection do the glasses have?

Our lenses comply with AU/NZ testing and are UV400 rated.

Luxe Edit lenses are polarised too!

CAN I RETURN exchange a discounted / sale item?

Here is the thing we know this is a hard one, but all sale and discounted frames are NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR RETURNABLE.

Please choose carefully when purchasing discounted or sale items.

What if my frames arrived damaged?

The low down on PRE ORDERS:

If you purchase a pre order, it will arrive in the allocated timeframe that is advertised, sometimes and look only sometimes this is subject to change! We will always notify you though!

We don't do pre order very often as we know you don't want to wait BUT sometimes we need to!

You will get a notification once your order has been dispatched and on its way to you!

Discount codes

Discount codes are awesome BUT they cannot be added to orders after the order has been made, and they must be entered correctly and hit apply!
